ARAU gathers no personal nominative data from its website that is not deliberately and freely given by the individuals concerned. By “personal nominative data” we mean any data that can be used to identify an individual, for example first name, last name, email address, postal address, telephone number or mobile phone number. Please note that our internet server automatically records the IP address, the internet platform and the browser and country of origin, as well as the pages viewed, for every visit to our website. personal information is used for statistical analyses and helps us to improve our site navigation paths. The data gathered cannot be used to identify individuals and is thus out of the scope of Belgian legislation. f you book a place on one of our tours, or if you subscribe to our newsletter, you are prompted to enter some personal nominative data to enable us to action your request. This data is only used by ARAU for the purpose for which it was given, e.g. to create a list of tour reservations or a mailing list. |
