Before the guided tour:

• Booking your tickets in advance by using our online payment system is recommended
• Please wash your hands or use a hand sanitiser before the guided tour
• Please wear a face mask during the tram tour
• Please bring headphones or earbuds with you, as the guide may be using a microphone audioguide system to ensure you can hear the commentary

During the guided tour:

• Wearing a face mask is now recommended but no longer mandatory, except in public transport. If you participate to one of our tram tours, wearing a face mask is mandatory (one that covers both nose and mouth)
• Please follow all instructions given by the guide. Our guides have been instructed to immediately exclude any participants who refuse to follow their instructions or these safety precautions from the guided tours
• It is still recommended to maintain some distance between yourself, the guide, and the other participants

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please do not participate.
