The eventful history of the Etrimo company is well known: in the 1960s it built many blocks of apartments aimed at the middle classes all over Brussels, but it is often forgotten that, in the 1930s, Etrimo built several iconic Modernist apartment buildings at Rond-Point de l’Étoile and overlooking the Ixelles ponds.
